Iraq's interim prime minister has blamed negligence on the part of some in the U.S.-led multinational force for Saturday's massacre of 49 Iraqi National Guard recruits by the terror group led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

The U.S. military has not commented on Mr. Allawi's remarks.
Meanwhile, a militant group, the Army of Ansar al-Sunna, has posted pictures on its web site it says are of 11 Iraqi National Guardsmen it holds hostage.
