At Least Four Dead From Earthquake in Algeria

Local media in Algeria say an earthquake has rocked the northeastern part of the country Monday, killing at least four people and injuring 36.

Reports from the scene say the quake measured at least a magnitude 5.0, and that it hit in the Bejaia region about 300 kilometers east of the capital, Algiers.

Media say buildings were destroyed.
