Canadian police have arrested a Toronto-area teenager on terror charges.
Police arrested Ibrahim Aboud, 19, just west of Toronto. He is the 18th person accused of participating in a terrorist organization.
The others were arrested in June and charged with plotting to attack several sites in Canada.
A defense lawyer said the group is charged with planning to bomb public buildings, storm the country's parliament building and decapitate Prime Minister Stephen Harper if Canadian troops did not leave Afghanistan.
The lawyer also said the group was accused of planning to storm offices of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to press their demands.
The case has prompted tight security along Canada's border with the United States and unsettled Canada's Muslim community of several hundred-thousand people.
