MLB: Red Sox Beat Yankees 10-1

Boston's Josh Beckett out-pitched New York's Chien-ming Wang, leading the Red Sox to a 10-1 trouncing of the Yankees in a key Major League Baseball matchup Saturday.

The Philadelphia Phillies beat the East-leading Mets for the seventh straight time with a 5-3 win in New York. Florida's Miguel Cabrera hit his first career grand slam in the Marlins' 10-2 thumping of the Colorado Rockies. The Washington Nationals got by the Atlanta Braves, 7-4. And Houston scored seven runs in the fourth inning on the way to defeating the Pittsburgh Pirates, 9-7.
