South Korean golfer Kang Soo-yun came from behind to join defending champion Catriona Matthew of Scotland at the top of the leaderboard heading into Saturday's third round of the Wendy's Championship for Children women's tournament in Ohio.
Kang rebounded from a triple bogey to finish with 66 Friday, her second consecutive round at 6- under-par. Matthew also shot a pair of 66's in the first two days of play.
Karrie Webb of Australia is one stroke off the lead at 133.
Another stroke back in fourth place are Americans Michele Redman and rookie Paula Creamer, 10 strokes under par.
World number one Annika Sorenstam of Sweden fored a 67 Friday. She is in a group of six players tied for 10th place, four strokes off the pace.
