India says it will work to resolve all its conflicts with Pakistan, including the dispute over Kashmir, if Islamabad cracks down on Pakistan-based Islamic militants who attack Indian territory.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh made the comments to reporters Friday in New Delhi.
Pakistan denies that insurgents in its territory are launching out terrorist attacks in India-controlled Kashmir. It says many people who are called terrorists are freedom fighters seeking self-determination for Kashmiris.
India and Pakistan began a comprehensive process of dialogue in January.
