Fifteen players - including Ernie Els of South Africa, Vijay Singh of Fiji, Stuart Appleby of Australia and defending champion Phil Mickelson of the United States - could not even finish one hole before play was halted at the Augusta National Golf Club.It is the seventh time in eight years that bad weather has forced delays at the Masters, the first major golf championship of the year. Nine of 15 events on the PGA Tour this year have been disrupted by the weather.
