Hungarian Prime Minister Calls for Constitutional Change Despite Failed Ballot

Despite the fact that Hungary's controversial migrant referendum failed because of low voter turnout, Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban has declared the measure an "overwhelming victory for Hungary" and has proposed Hungary change its constitution to include strict migration policies.
