Voters in Moldova are casting their ballots in a runoff election for president November 13 that could see Russia-leaning candidate Igor Dodon upset his pro-Europe rival Maia Sandu. While Dodon has said he wants to shift Moldova's alliance toward Russia, political analysts say the election is more about bringing a new face to the country after corruption scandals marred Moldova's European path.
