Harsher weather than usual is striking Americans living in the southern United States. And for people unaccustomed to slick and slippery conditions, driving - especially - can be dangerous, if not deadly. Traffic piles up as the white stuff comes down and 'Winter Storm Leon' - as it's being called - rolls through. Arash Arabasadi reports from Washington.
