Winter-Weary Americans Struggle With Another Round of Ice, Snow

Huge swaths of the United States are taking another pounding by a massive winter storm affecting millions of people. This time, ice and snow are blanketing huge sections of the South and East, shutting down government offices, businesses and schools, and bringing life to a near standstill in major cities. The storm is blamed for at least 17 deaths and widespread power outages. The storm hit this week, but its impact is expected to last for days.
