Custom Homes Set New Standard for Injured US Soldiers

Nearly 300,000 U.S. soldiers have returned from Iraq or Afghanistan with physical and emotional disabilities. Now, the U.S. Army has teamed up with a real estate company and a famous architect to provide state-of-the-art handicapped-accessible homes that set a new standard of living for these wounded warriors... and perhaps, for the nearly 57 million other Americans who have some degree of disability. VOA’s Julie Taboh visited a model home showcasing those features.
