Big and Small Names Appear at SXSW 2013

This month saw the 27th annual South By Southwest Music Conference in Austin, Texas. More than 2,000 acts from 49 countries played on over 100 stages around town. The South By Southwest Music Conference started out as a way to promote unknown and unsigned artists. But these days, more and more megastars are grabbing the headlines. VOA’s Katherine Cole has this report.
