Keepin' It Wheel

Mr. Trash Wheel, a water wheel at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD, has been collecting trash that ends up in the water. It uses both hydro and solar power to turn the water wheel and lift the trash from the water into dumpsters. Reporter/Camera: Martin Secrest; Philip Alexiou
