Madagascar Drought Famine USAGM

In Madagascar, more than a million people are suffering from a four-year drought that the World Food Program has called the worst in 40 years. It's also at risk of seeing the world’s first climate change produced famine, according to the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization.
