Americans with Disabilities Act Turns 30

About one in four adults in the U.S. has a disability. But thanks to the Americans with Disabilities Act that was signed into law 30 years ago and bans discrimination against those with disabilities (7/26/90), millions of people have been able to live their lives to their fullest potential. VOA’s Julie Taboh spoke with a man who hasn’t let his disability get in the way of a vibrant life and career.
