Among the most vocal critics of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Estonia this year declared Moscow a state sponsor of terrorism and expelled the Russian ambassador. Now, the threat of Russian aggression is prompting Estonia to revisit its Soviet history and teach young people about the dangers of totalitarianism.
