Grand Place on Eve of Lifting Brussels Lockdown

Tuesday night, the Grand Place in Brussels is still largely deserted. However, schools and the metro system in the Belgian capital began to reopen Wednesday, as authorities said several hundred additional police and soldiers would be mobilized to the capital, which remains on its highest security alert until Monday.
