The giant river prawn is one of the world's most cultivated, and most popular mealtime freshwater shrimp in the world. But evidently there's still not quite enough to go around. So, an Israeli scientist has developed a way to increase yields by as much as 60 percent with a simple sex change operation. VOA's Julie Taboh has the story.
