Syrian Democratic Forces Begin New Phase to Free Raqqa

U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces say they have begun a new phase in their offensive to free Raqqa, Islamic State’s de facto capital in Syria. Kurdish-led forces renewed their offensive by liberating two villages. VOA’s Mahmoud Bali reports.
