Rwandan Tribunal Archives Move to Permanent Home

Since July 1994, the end of the brutal genocide in Rwanda, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has prosecuted dozens of alleged leaders. The court officially closed last year, but a new facility in Tanzania will be home to the tribunal's archives and a courtroom for future cases. For VOA, Willy Lowry has the story from Arusha.
