VOA60 America - Cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills impacting much of the United States

Cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills are impacting much of the United States resulting in at least nine deaths, including six in Tennessee. The National Weather Service says about 150 million Americans are under wind chill warnings.
