Hall of Fame women's golfer Karrie Webb has completed a convincing wire-to-wire victory in the LPGA Michelob Ultra Open in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The 31-year-old Australian carded a final round one-under par 70 for a total of 14-under par 270. She led every round of the tournament to forge a seven-shot advantage over Mexican Lorena Ochoa and South Korean Hee-Won Han.

Webb is a three-time money list winner and two-time Player of the Year, but she was winless on tour last year for the first time in her career. Webb entered this event with two runner-up finishes in three tournaments. Webb's win Sunday made her the first player to record multiple wins this season, having also captured the season's first major, the Kraft Nabisco Championship.
