A senior Kazakh diplomat has died after being shot in the head two days ago in Pakistan.
Sapargali Aubakirov, who was deputy head of Kazakhstan's diplomatic mission in Islamabad, was found critically injured at his home on Wednesday. He had been in a coma since then and died at a government hospital Friday.
Reuters news agency quotes police as saying they have apprehended two men believed responsible for the shooting death.
