Police in Kenya say four people are dead - including a Cabinet minister and an assistant minister - after a small plane crashed in southwestern Kenya.

Officials say Roads Minister Kipkalya Kones and Assistant Home Affairs Minister Lorna Laboso were killed Tuesday along with their pilot and another passenger in Narok town, west of Nairobi.

Police say the plane crashed into an unoccupied house.
