Favored Spain and the Netherlands have won their third straight matches at the men's field hockey Champions Trophy tournament in Lahore, Pakistan on Tuesday.

Spain got two goals from Pau Quemada on the way to a hard-fought 3-1 win over New Zealand.  The two-time defending champion Dutch team had an easier time, thumping Pakistan 4-1.  The two team lead the points table with nine each from their three wins.

In the final match Tuesday, India got its first win of the tournament as it fought back from a one-goal deficit at halftime to beat Germany 3-1.

On Wednesday, the Netherlands meet Spain, while Germany takes on New Zealand and Pakistan plays archrival India.
