Former Lebanese minister of economy Bassel Fleihan passed away Monday in a hospital in Paris.
Mr. Fleihan was riding in the car with Mr. Hariri on February 14 when a huge bomb detonated outside their motorcade. The blast instantly killed the former prime minister.

Reports from Beirut say Mr. Fleihan is the 21st victim to die as a result of the bombing.
