Ten people were arrested Thursday in the northwestern U.S. state of Washington by local and federal authorities in an anti-terrorism raid.

A television station (KOMO-TV) in Seattle, Washington says search warrants issued by a judge indicated authorities were looking for training manuals on urban warfare, especially involving children.

A total of 12 locations in Seattle were raided, including a barbershop.
