Britain accused Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe of trying to steal the country's election and of unleashing a campaign of violence against his political opponents. The latest charge comes as votes are being recounted from last month's presidential and parliamentary election.  While the opposition won more seats, the government has never released the results of the contest between Mr. Mugabe and his challenger, Morgan Tsvangirai.
