Residents of Debaltseve in eastern Ukraine are starting to rebuild their lives after heavy fighting last month destroyed hundreds of buildings and forced many people to flee. Russian-backed separatists took control of the strategic town in February, days after a cease-fire agreement with Ukraine's Kyiv government was signed.
