World leaders meeting in London have pledged $10 billion to provide humanitarian relief, jobs and education to people fleeing the war in Syria. But optimism over the outcome of the conference has been overshadowed by intense fighting around the rebel-held city of Aleppo. Henry Ridgwell reports from London.
