U.S. President Donald Trump has dismissed allegations that his close associates and campaign advisers have had close ties with Russia. He defended his ousted national security adviser Michael Flynn Wednesday, blaming the controversy on what he called illegally leaked information. One analyst tells VOA's Zlatica Hoke that an independent probe could spell trouble for the administration.
