The annual cleanup of the Los Angeles River by thousands of volunteers has a special meaning this year because of California's continuing drought. As Mike O'Sullivan reports from Los Angeles, the community effort that takes place on three Saturdays in April highlights a precious resource that is increasingly becoming scarce.
