When Frederick County Council member Billy Shreve watched films made by students at a Maryland Film Festival last year, he was surprised at the talent and creativity of young filmmakers. The event inspired him to harness that creativity to fight drug use through a film program called Classmates4Life. The contest is open to students of all levels - elementary, middle and high schools. Faiza Elmasry tells us more about the contest and its first three winners. Faith Lapidus narrates.
