Bangkok Shrine Hit by Fatal Blast Reopens

Families of those killed in a Monday evening blast at a popular Hindu shrine in the Thai capital were among those praying there Wednesday as it reopened.  The explosion killed 22 — including 11 foreigners — and injured more than 120 other people. VOA Correspondent Steve Herman reports from the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok.
