Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden visited Kenosha, Wisconsin, Thursday, where destructive racial justice protests and deadly violence erupted after a police officer shot an African American man in the back. As VOA’s Brian Padden reports, Biden called for reconciliation while meeting with the victim’s family,  just days after President Donald Trump met with business leaders to stress his law and order message.
