After emergency session of Parliament, British lawmakers vote to join the U.S.-led air strikes on Islamic State militants in Iraq. The government insists Britain will not send troops to the region, and while many British people are wary of getting involved in another Iraq conflict, analysts say threats posed by Islamic State militants have galvanized public opinion.
