Business: Nigeria to end refined petroleum imports

Nigeria wants to end refined petroleum imports within 18 months and President Buhari just approved a state oil firm overhaul. Basically, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corp will consolidate all operations. This follows an announcement last week that it would split into 30 independent companies. It is a big deal because it could change the entire crude oil landscape. Africa 54's business correspondent Jill Malandrino has more.
