Methane is an incredibly potent greenhouse gas. While it dissipates more quickly than CO2, it's much better at capturing the sun's heat while it hangs around. New rules aimed at controlling methane emissions are being implemented, and they have not only oil and gas producers worried, but also dairy farmers. VOA's Kevin Enochs explains.
