U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter is in South Korea for the second leg of his trip visiting U.S. allies in the Asia-Pacific region. He says the U.S. is preparing to deploy new weapons to area. VOA Pentagon correspondent Carla Babb is traveling with the secretary as he focuses on strengthening military ties.
