Witnesses and Western analysts say thousands of Russian military personnel crossed into Crimea since last week, setting off a groundswell of Western condemnation against Russian President Vladimir Putin, and warnings of stiff penalties if Moscow fails to withdraw. VOA's Elizabeth Arrott reports.
