President Barack Obama spoke directly to the Cuban people Tuesday in a speech broadcast on national television in Cuba. His president-to-people address on the last day of his visit to Havana called for democratic reforms in Cuba and also underscored the ties between the two nations. Alberto Pimienta has the report.
