In nine years of war, more than half of Syrian people are displaced. But there has never before been so many fleeing so fast. In a bullet-ridden housing complex once occupied by Islamic State militants, many families say if the war ends as it appears to be ending, they see no option to ever go home. VOA’s Heather Murdock has this report from Raqqa, Syria.
