The Guinean Health Ministry says the number of new cases of Ebola is declining in West Africa, while the United Nations' leading Ebola official cites significant improvements in the battle against the deadly disease. Aboubakar Sidiki Diakite, the Ebola coordinator for the Guinean Health Ministry, says the number of new cases has dropped in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. VOA's Linord Moudou reports.
