The price tag for the wall U.S. President Donald Trump wants to build on the border between the U.S. and Mexico has been much debated. But in the Rio Grande Valley region of Texas, a "high priority" for a wall, there is another potential cost — on wildlife, some of it endangered. Ramon Taylor reports.
