Leaders from several European countries are holding an emergency meeting to decide how to deal with the escalating migration crisis as the weather worsens and temperatures drop. Thousands of migrants are stranded in the Balkans as they try to reach Western Europe, mostly Germany and Sweden. Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia are struggling to provide food and shelter for the migrants, and are accusing one another of dumping too many migrants at their respective borders. Zlatica Hoke reports.
