Zika-carrying mosquitoes are believed to have reached the U.S. mainland, with at least four cases of local transmission reported in Florida. VOA's Michael Bowman reports, U.S. health officials sounded the warning on Zika months ago, but Congress has yet to approve funds to fight the virus or the mosquitoes that spread it.
