French President Francois Hollande bestowed the Legion of Honor, France's highest decoration, on three Americans and a Briton who subdued a heavily armed Moroccan-born gunman aboard a high-speed train on Friday. At a ceremony in Paris, President Hollande pinned medals on the chests of Americans Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos, Anthony Sadler, and Briton Chris Norman.
