Ten years after a devastating flood covered much of New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, the southern port city is spending millions of dollars to upgrade infrastructure to support thriving industries and new entrepreneurial ventures. As VOA's Greg Flakus reports from New Orleans, an influx of young, educated people has helped the city's revival.
