Internet policing upsets Kenyans

The communication authority of Kenya has issued a new rule that expects users of cyber cafes to show their national identity card or birth certificate, before surfing the internet. The government agency says the move is aimed at curbing terrorism and internet hacking, but some Kenyans think it will do little , if no good. Lenny Ruvaga reports from Nairobi.
